DO3L Marketing & Communication (hereinafter referred to as DO3L) is responsible for processing your personal data as described in this privacy statement. DO3L’s website and/or services do not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16 unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, DO3L cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We recommend parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data collection without parental consent. If you believe that DO3L has collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at danny@do3l.nl, and we will delete this information.

DO3L processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To contact you via phone or email regarding the execution of the agreement
  • To process your payment

Based on your consent:

  • Sending a newsletter and/or promotional materials
  • Informing you about (changes to) relevant services and products

Legal Obligation:

  • DO3L also processes personal data when legally required, such as data necessary for tax procedures.

DO3L does not make decisions based on automated processing (algorithms) that could have adverse consequences for you.

Retention period for personal data

DO3L does not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data is collected. The retention period depends on the purpose for which DO3L obtained or collected the data, as well as any legal obligations to retain the data. DO3L follows these retention periods for the following personal data:

  • After you purchase a product or service from DO3L, you remain in our customer database for up to two years so that you can stay informed about product or service changes. You may, of course, opt out at any time.

DO3L only provides personal data to third parties when necessary to execute our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

You can submit a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer, withdrawal of consent, or objection to the processing of your personal data by contacting danny@do3l.nl.

To ensure that the request is made by you, DO3L asks that you include a copy of your ID with your request. In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN in the Netherlands) to protect your privacy. DO3L will respond as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks after receiving your request.

DO3L also wants to inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the national data protection authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). How your personal data is secured
